preparation process. I never had any intention of having a TT. I loved my NA. I had done a good deal of mods to it already. Most of all, I wanted the challenge. I simply found myself with a unique opportunity of time, place, and money to be able to accomplish it on my own, and I learned a lot in the process. I think it'd be silly to buy an NA with the very intent of doing a TT swap. Especially when you haven't done the research, you have no idea where to get the parts, and you are paying someone else to do it for you. The original poster stated he wants to do it for financial reasons. I submit that you can buy a decent TT for about or near the cost of doing a TT swap by yourself. Paying someone else to do it just puts it that much more in the TT's favor.
